Return Policy

Products are manufactured under custom parts. Since they are done the work begins.

We work by replying to messages and emails, designing with careful care to detail, and managing good communication with the production team, we do not offer a 100% refund for any reason. If you cancel your order, only a refund of 25% will be given. We will take the time to work with you and solve your problems. However, it will only be the exceptions in which the refund will be made.

For any questions about what your finished product will look like, ask before ordering or approving the design, we are here to clear up any confusion.

Our highest purpose is to give you the best product, with the best quality and extraordinary customer satisfaction. We make every piece handmade, these are not mass-produced, each product is unique and special for us. We have different and special kinds of quality checks, however, you can ask us about your concerns in your order, within 48hrs since you approve your order, we will consider your request and changes but NO 100% refund will apply.

We only remake products if they are damaged or have spelling errors, it is your complete responsibility to check your graphic design before the approval. The remake will be precisely the same as the original.

It should be borne in mind that there is no exact day of completion of the order; everything depends on the way in which the production is carried out. We cannot refund/cancel orders for any reason related to production waiting time.

Shipping Policy

It is your commitment to providing us with your complete and VALID shipping address. We use the exact address you entered at checkout. Once your order has been marked as shipped, we will likely no longer have access to it and it is now in the hands of the shipping company. We are not responsible for a lost package once it has been out of our factory.

Please provide us with an address that you consider safe to receive valuable packages, once the shipping company has marked them as “delivered”, and outside of our office, it is no longer our responsibility.
